A fast-growing Cincinnati commercial real estate development firm has purchased two apartment buildings in the city’s urban core.
Vision & Beyond Capital Investments purchased 7-9 W. Court St., a mixed-use building with 18 market-rate apartments and street-level retail, and 1025 Central Ave., an 11-unit apartment building with first-floor retail. Between the acquisition and planned renovations of both properties, Vision & Beyond is planning to invest a total of about $7 million.
The building at 7-9 W. Court St., located at the corner of Court and Vine streets in the Central Business District, is across from the new Court Street Plaza business district that is currently under construction. Built in 1905, Vision & Beyond plans to preserve the historical charm while making extensive renovations that will bring the apartments to class A standards. The sixth floor, which was previously undeveloped, will be transformed into six more apartments.
